According to the Data Privacy Act No° 196 of 30 June 2003 art. 13, which imposes instructions for the treatment of personal data, the company Staby Ltd, located in 39030 Sexten, in its role as responsible company for the treatment of data states that the data are used to improve administration and trade relationships. The treatment of data can be by writing, by hand or by using magnetic, electronic or telematic data media. All personal data are used by respecting the Data Privacy Act No° 196/03. In relation to these data, we would like to point out that these together with the contractual needs can be transferred to following legal entities – bancs and financial institutions working together with our company – to all physical or/and legal persons, public and private bodies (tax consultants, lawyers, Chamber of Commerce etc,) if their opinion is important for the company’s work. The above-mentioned entities which are entitled to receive the data will use them according to the legal regulations. The use of the data can be with or without electronic data media and consists of all operations according to art.4 comma 1, letter a, Data Protection Act of 30 June 2003 No° 196. It will respect all protection measures guaranteeing safety and confidentiality. RIGHTS OF THE PERSON CONCERNED: The person concerned is, according to art. 7 of the Data Protection Act No° 196/2003 in the position to claim his rights towards the keeper of the data.
